The goal in each of my classes is for each student to leave with significantly less tension in their body, their mind calmed, and their spirit inspired. Thankfully yoga is in itself, free from judgement, free from labels, free from negativity and expectations, which is perhaps the strongest root in both practicing and teaching yoga.

Aside from yoga, my passions include first and foremost my family, I am a wife and mother to to two precious girls. Some others loves of mine include Africa, Colorado, hiking, camping, running, dancing, reading, and my morning cup of joe.
